  1. 1. What is Four Seasons?

    Four Seasons rewards brokers and keeps you up to date with our latest business and product news.
    A change in the season means a new opportunity for practical rewards from Vero.

  2. 2. How does the program work?

    At the start of each season you will receive an email directing you to the Four Seasons website. The website will contain new Vero business and product information, and a set of questions to test your knowledge on this information. When you answer all questions correctly, you will be given the opportunity to choose from two free gifts.

  3. 3. What do I need to do?

    To register for the Four Seasons program simply click on the 'Register' button on this site where you will be asked to submit a few easy details. Only 500 people are allowed to take part in the program so make sure you register quickly so you donĂ­t miss out. After registering you will receive an email notification confirming your participation in the program.

  4. 4. What are the rules?

    • Each Season (see Terms and Conditions for details of the Season periods) you must answer all six questions correctly to redeem your free gift.
    • You can only redeem one gift per Season.
    • There is limited stock of each gift, so we suggest you get in quickly in order to choose the gift you want. Once an item runs out, you will need to select the alternative item.
    • The invitation to take part in the Four Seasons program can be extended to other colleagues within your brokerage. Please do not extend the invitation beyond your brokerage.

  5. 5. What gifts can I claim?

    This Autumn Season, you can choose between:

    • A leather wine carrier, or
    • A picnic blanket.
  6. 6. How long will it take to receive my gift after I answer the questions?

    Allow fourteen working days to receive your item. If you haven't received your item in this time please either speak to your Vero Business Development Manager or email us on the 'contact us' button on this site.

  7. 7. What happens if the gift I want is no longer available?

    Completing the questions early will avoid disappointment. Once a particular gift run out, participants will need to select the alternative item.

  8. 8. Can I invite other colleagues to join Four Seasons?

    The invitation to take part in the Four Seasons program can be extended to other colleagues within your brokerage. Please do not extend the invitation beyond your brokerage.

  9. 9. How long does each Season go for?

    • Season - Winter - 13 July 2009 to 30 September 2009
    • Season - Spring - 6 October to 18 December 2009
    • Season - Summer - 11 January 2009 to 31 March 2010
    • Season - Autumn - 8 April 2010 to 30 June 2010

    Each Season ends at 5pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time on the last applicable date.

    We will send regular emails to remind you to go online and answer the questions to redeem your gift.

  11. 11. Have all Vero brokers been invited to join Four Seasons?

    No. Four Seasons is open to an exclusive selection of brokers.
